In this episode I continue the topic of forgiveness when we have been wounded from Church Hurt.  After discussing what forgiveness is not and then noting the benefits of forgiveness in the two previous episodes, I give a process for how to forgive.  This can be difficult but it is worth it.  This is reinforced by a quote that I end with from Nelson Mandela: “When a deep injury is done to us, we never heal until we forgive.”
