This week the lads are joined by Matt Veiga. Matt is a BJJ black belt under Ricardo Feliciano who trains out of Checkmat Murrieta, California. In addition to almost five years as a black belt, Matt is a social media content creator who runs the OSS Nation BJJ Instagram and YouTube channels.
