Miko - often known by the online alias chokes & more - is a BJJ black belt under Santeri Lilius who trains and coaches out of the Scramble Academy in Malaga. Miko shares his introduction to BJJ, various anecdotes from his progression from white to black belt and some details on how he built his social media following. In addition to the interview, Ken eagerly counts down the last few weeks until knee surgery. Mike recaps his recent visit to Malaga, where he met Miko and somehow convinced him to come on this week’s podcast.
