A common (and valid) criticism of AAP is that it does not function like a paraphilia analogous to AGP. "If this is a sexuality, where is all the sex?" Well, luckily for us, today's guest is not shy about the erotic roots of his transition.

In this conversation we are joined by Frankie, a self-described "testo-butch" who transitioned to live as a transman after working as a professional dominatrix. Through his years in the trans adult industry and integration in a progressive queer community, Frankie has been able to observe a ton of FTM behavior, both social and sexual. Recently, Frankie has embraced the reality of being female and has begun speaking out about the more controversial sexological theories underpinning trans identity. And according to him, some of what we are calling ROGD is actually the rapid progression of AAP.
