In addition to his role as AD, Jason is the founder of Next Level Sports 55, an initiative designed to train and equip athletes with the mindset and habits needed to reach their full potential. Through this platform, he challenges athletes to take ownership of their growth, stay disciplined in their work, and embrace leadership both on and off the field. His message is clear: true success comes not just from talent, but from culture, consistency, and character.
