Allocating time throughout the week to check in with yourself is also smart; this will help keep you on track and will allow you to tweak or adjust what isn't working. Ultimately, finding ways to motivate yourself during the week is key. Get organized, set realistic expectations of yourself, and most importantly, believe in yourself!
