Along with this, she founded Diversability, a social enterprise to advocate for equality for people with disabilities. Her mission is to amplify the voices of disabled people and diversify the awareness, representation, and access they have today.

When she was young, Tiffany was in a car accident that left her disabled and caused her father to pass away. As she grew up, she realized there wasn’t much of a community for people like her, so she envisioned building one.
