Coach Mirabal has spent over three decades building elite offensive units, mentoring future NFL talent, and transforming offenses at every level—from high school fields in Miami-Dade County to national championship contenders at Oregon and now Miami. A lifelong teacher of the game and a close collaborator of head coach Mario Cristobal, Coach Mirabal has built a reputation for elite player development, high-level recruiting, and championship culture-building.
Under his leadership, Miami’s offense ranked #1 nationally in points per game and yards per game in 2024, and helped guide quarterback Cam Ward to the ACC Player of the Year, Davey O’Brien Award, and the #1 pick in the NFL Draft. His offensive lines have repeatedly been recognized among the nation’s best—including multiple Joe Moore Award candidacies, All-ACC honors, and multiple NFL Draft picks.
