Update: 2024-03-0417
Description
When Jessica Lynn Reale was 13-years-old, she was timid and untrusting. In early October of 1997, she mustered the courage to approach her 8th grade math teacher, a woman she’d only known for a number of weeks, to tell her a huge secret she had been keeping. Jessica told her teacher that she couldn’t go back home because someone had poured bleach all over her. This situation warranted a CPS report, but the involvement of the FBI or Sacramento County Law Enforcement was unexpected.

Jessica I'm sorry for what happened to you. But your parents are pieces of shit. and I hope they are burning in hell.
that was one of the most horrendous cases I've ever ever heard. the strength of Jessica is admirable. there is a special place in hell for Barbara and Larry. this one really got to me.
He brings up her book and I'm in my kitchen shaking my head. I don't think I could do it! Nope. Can't do it. That was some gnarly sh!t and thinking about it all from the eyes of what was just a little girl makes it that much more intense. I feel so bad for her. Makes you just want to back in time and rescue them both. Now I've got to go listen to something wholesome so I can get some sleep.
Typical tweakers to accidentally locked their keys in the car..stupid af..damn her mom and step dad were horrible..
