In episode three of On the Dais: Conversations with Councilmember Kelly we hear from a local land use attorney, Richard Suttle. 

Richard Suttle represents clients before state, county, and municipal bodies. His practice involves the handling of land use and real estate development, as well as environmental issues related to the Endangered Species Act as it affects real estate development. He is a regular at Austin City Council meetings where he represents many clients. 

Mr. Suttle is also a member of the Travis County Bar.

We discuss his time in Austin, projects he's been involved in, affordability, and more.
