In episode seven of On the Dais: Conversations with Councilmember Kelly we hear from Celia Isreal, a candidate for Mayor in the City of Austin.  

Celia came to Austin in 1982 when she was 17 years old. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and became a member of Governor Ann Richard's administration. Around the same time, she met her wife and became a realtor. She's now serving in the Texas State House of Representatives. Please enjoy this great conversation, full of laughter and learning about what Celia's vision for the City of Austin would be if she were elected Mayor.
