But if you’re looking for support from a community of like-minded IFers, we are here for you at ginstephens.com/community. Emma is a life coach and studying to be a health coach. She struggled with her weight as a young girl and was put on her first diet at the age of 12. She struggled with bulimia in her teens but was able to heal from it.

In 2018, Emma was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome. In her search to reduce inflammation, Emma stumbled upon one of Gin’s IF podcasts. She began her IF journey and lost weight, but with the pandemic lockdown and the loss of her father, gained what she lost. IF became inconsistent.

In March of 2023, Emma decided to restart her IF journey. While weight loss has been slow, Emma loves how IF makes her feel.

Emma’s advice: Don’t compare yourself to others. Prepare yourself to be a study of one!
