Identity politics, political violence, and media manipulation prompted Brandon Straka to leave liberals and create one of Social Media’s most remarkable modern campaigns.
Brandon started the “#WalkAway Campaign,” which allows for tens of thousands of users to submit their emotional testimonials about why they left the Democrat Party. Black, White, Gay, Straight, and everything in between – Straka’s Facebook group has prompted remarkable, authentic, riveting and heart-wrenching stories of those who have been betrayed by a party that once spearheaded civil rights, freedom of speech, and equal opportunities.
Max (Kip is at Farmfest) and Brandon discuss the movement, its future, the scourge of identity politics and how to carry the momentum going forward.
