Kip and Max discuss the necessity for Republicans to enter into a customer service “funnel” when it comes to attracting, engaging, and retaining new activists. The discussion leads to customer service mentality, community, restaurant satisfaction techniques and private-sector lessons we can learn from as a party. One such example is that of Young Life, which is a youth ministry that boasts, “We invite kids to follow Christ, care for them regardless of their response, and change lives in the process.” What if we took that same mentality to the political field? What if looked at our call as conservatives as meeting people where they are, integrating them into a community, and following up with them in the same way?
