This week the gang Mikey, Anders and Evan are back to business! The big news of the week is of course the massive new contract for Julio Rodriguez that ensures he will be a Mariner for years to come. The biggest deal since Cano signed in Seattle, Julio is cemented as the cornerstone of the franchise moving forward. The gang also takes a hard look at Logan Gilbert, trying to make sense of his up and now trending down season. Mikey dishes on the bullpen and ranks his level of faith in our all-around stellar group of relief arms. Anders and Mikey assess Chris Flexen in the pen and wonder if he should be taking Marco’s spot. Lastly, the gang looks at a pair of arms on different trajectories: Matt Brash and Penn Murfee.
