In this episode, I’m confessing that my business has been partially running on what I call a “brain-based filing system.” I’ve always prided myself on knowing exactly where everything is, and I have a decent system, but as the business grows, I’m realizing that what’s in my head isn’t a system my team can follow.
My business coach challenged me to document every process by December 10th, and I’m sharing how I’m doing it, client by client, using Trello, Loom videos, and checklists. This isn’t about control, it’s about freedom and scalability. If it’s only in your head, it’s not a process.
