hmmm.. seems like the current Maga maniacs have been listening to your podcast. So much of this is exactly what we are seeing and hearing right now in the courts. As far as the current higher courts, it appears they have filled one of the failure points of the last attempt. This makes your podcast even more brilliant since this is from 2022.
