Pregnancy brings on so many changes to our bodies, but postpartum bodies are next level.

Hormonal levels stay high for a very long time. The key thing to remember is that it took your body 9 months to create a living being, give your body the grace and space it deserves to become yours again.

Even though we are aware of all of the inevitable changes, social media portrays a "bounce back" culture that is quite toxic. We chat about how we are trying our best to get used to rocking these new mom bods in the healthiest way possible while navigating being millennial moms.
