Description

TMI is a "for the students, by the students" podcast hosted by the AOM Entrepreneurship Division, where students are able to ask questions and get to know faculty and others in the field.

We're finishing up with Season 2! This season we focus on well-being, and one of the things that plagues all of us in academia - regardless of the stage of our career - is managing co-author relationships. In this month's episode Ashley and Joshua interview Russell Cropanzano, who gives us some fun personal insights like how he wishes he was on Cowboy Bepop, and also talks about his professional experiences like moving from the domain of psychology to business. Russell also offers some great advice on how PhD students can manage their relationships with faculty and other co-authors. You can reach Russell through his email at russell.cropanzano@colorado.edu.
