Ken Doble started in property management as the on-site manager of a 24-unit building and rose through the ranks to COO, overseeing 23,000 units across 11 states.
After the 2008 crash, he co-founded Quantitative Realty Capital, specializing in acquiring and repositioning underperforming apartments.
With more than 30,000 units and $233 million in renovations under his belt, Ken combines hands-on operational experience with strategic leadership.
He is also the author of The 5 P’s of Property Management, a practical guide to building stronger multifamily operations.
