Description

Join Sarah as she discusses the third yama of the eight-limbed path of yoga, asteya. Asteya means non-stealing and while it's easy to understand this concept of stealing on a surface level, there are multiple ways that we steal time, lessons, and moments of joy away from ourselves and others.

The practice of asteya occurs both on and off your yoga mat. Staying present in your practice and in your everyday life, allows you to observe whether or not you're in alignment with asteya.
