OK, a first comment. Then I was going to quit smoking in 1991 I was only on 10 method per week. My non-identical twin daughters were due to be born on that day, but due to hospital negligence, 1 died 4 days later, so it never happened and I increased my smoking since then. But always eat well and do my sports but I still find. I need a smoke to relax. And I never get rid of the memory. I don't want to. It's just there with me consistently all the time.
