Chris is Chairman of cricket and second team captain at Adwalton Cricket and Athletics Club in Yorkshire. He sees his role as being a custodian of the game and in this episode he describes how he goes about creating a safe place for kids to play and developing an environment where they feel at home.

We also hear about the loan system in place in the cricket league system around Adwalton which enables clubs to work together to enable players to play more cricket.
