Will is still only 20 years of age but aged 11 he went on a cricket tour to Sri Lanka and came up with the idea of starting a charity whose purpose was to provide clothing and equipment to cricketers overseas who had nothing.

In this episode we hear how the charity has grown and developed since then and what is in the pipeline for the future with Will very much at the helm as CEO
