Here is An Example Where Healthy Boundaries Are Needed:
Choosing what type of individual(s) that you want and need to surround yourself with. For example, a celebrity stated during a media interview that, “........All of my friends just get me into fights and trouble.”
After listening to the full interview; it is my opinion, that it sounds like this celebrity has had unhealthy boundaries that have resulted in numerous toxic relationships where she gets “....into fights and trouble”. Developing healthy boundaries that you are able to maintain can and will help you:
Avoid getting “into fights and trouble”.
Refrain from developing toxic relationships.
Include healthier individual(s) in your life.
Steer clear of toxic individual(s).
Can you identify past or present toxic relationship(s) in your life?
