Today on the podcast, I share 8 ways to clear your space and mind when things get kinda cray! It's a perfect time now to actually clear our spaces and tackle that spring cleaning to do list, creating an action plan will help you pace yourself on cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing a whole house. Make sure to open up the windows and let fresh air in and stale air out and if you're like me, the room isn't completely cleaned until you light that candle at the end. Meal prepping has saved so much time when I have a day full of conference calls or need to tackle some chores. Starting with just a week has been so helpful. Also, dancing! Dancing moves energy, gets your heart rate pumping, and makes you feel good! We need more dancing. Check out these and more on the podcast!
