Today, I had the special honor of speaking with Dino Karic, CEO and founder of WalQinn, a short term rental management company based out of Croatia that has 130 properties total, 45 being master lease and 85 managed. Dino's portfolio ranges across Europe in locations like Brussels, Vienna, Zagreb, Porec, Sofia, a couple other countries I can't pronounce as well as Costa Rica.
In this episode, Dino shares his experience of starting his company in 2018 and scaling to 130+ properties, his strategy for acquiring master lease and cohost units, how he has been able to scale operations across multiple borders, and what it's like scaling his business in Europe.
