Today we are joined by Ever Gonzalez who is the founder of Outlier Podcast Festival and the host of a podcast Outlier On Air, a weekly podcast that interviews founders, disrupters, and mavens. Ever is also the founder and CEO of OutlierHQ, a media and events company that provides resources to help entrepreneurs start, grow, and scale their businesses.

Ever started his career in freight management business. First, as an employee, and later created his own freight company, which he sold in 2012.

in 2012, Ever started OutlierHQ. Outlier is an online publication, physical co-working space, and conference series geared toward the dynamic community of startups and entrepreneurs. It is a network of founders, disruptors, and business owners from around the world. It is dedicated to providing the knowledge, tools and insight needed to propel a company from its foundation to its ultimate potential. So far, the company hosted more than 200 events.

In 2013, Ever started his own podcast and since then he released more than 400 episodes. In the podcasts, Ever interviews disrupters, rule breakers and big thinkers.
Ever is famous as a producer of Outlier Podcast Festival. He is also Co-Founder of theFutureX Podcast Network.
