He is someone who’s had a long career of close to 30 years - starting off at P&G in FMCG before moving to retail management with Shoppers Stop, then on to HDFC Bank where he led the marketing efforts as its CMO. At HDFC bank, he laid the foundations for the analytics strategy that propelled the bank’s growth. Post which the entrepreneurial bug took over and he set up Hansa Cequity along with the R K Swamy Hansa Group. Hansa Cequity is today India’s leading customer marketing agency - where Ajay as one of the co-founders was responsible for evangelising the adoption of customer analytics across diverse industries such as Automotive, Retail, Banking amongst others.
