Today’s morning meditation is a practice of extending empathy.
Often one of the greatest gifts we can give someone else is the gift of empathy.
Today’s meditation will help you to extend compassion and understanding towards others.
Settle into a comfortable position and allow yourself to relax.
Take a deep breath…
And release.
PAUSE…
For the next few moments, just focus on your breath and clear your mind of any lingering worries.
Take notice when you are breathing in…and breathing out.
PAUSE…
Let yourself become aware of the sensations of your breathing.
