Brittany Cephas is a Licensed Psychotherapist located in Columbia, Maryland who provides mental health services to school-aged children and adolescents who are having a difficult time coping with social and emotional related issues. She is also a Professional School Counselor supporting students in grades K– 8  providing individual and group counseling services, psychoeducational supports, and classroom guidance lessons.

Brittany has over 10 years of mental health experience in a variety of settings and with diverse populations. She is passionate about helping my clients thrive.  Her approach to treatment is unique because she uses mindfulness, motivational interviewing, social skills training, creative expression, and movement tailored to the needs of her clients.
