My Five Star Review of âFaucets of Phantomsâ

This is a collection of short stories that focus on multiple aspects of our very souls. Spousal abuse and demon summoning for the sake of revenge are just a few. True horror is what rests in our very souls and that horror lurks and only for a very small number of people ever even know what horror inside us really is. This is mind bending terror in short story format. The characters are full of substance, the fear and self-doubt is described in glaring detail. Letâs face it if we could have revenge, freedom or love most of us most of us would act in accordance with gaining what we want. The fine line is doing what we want regardless of consequences or doing what we think is morally correct. These stories morality isnât considered so instead we have freedom to do what we want with no need of considering if what we do is right or wrongâtrue horror doing what we want because itâs fun, vengeful and violent without repercussions. Bourbon Street was pure terror I wasnât ready for and I enjoyed every moment of terror inflicted by the aggressors for the sake of being free from parental moral constraints. Bloodshed, vengeance, violence incarnate and even some demon summoning thatâs what the readers will get. Naked, raw fear and lust for bloodshed is in these short stories. The writing is five star worthy and the unsettling feelings of fear and doubt stayed with me for a long time after reading.

A Collection of Horror Shorts!
A collection of horror shorts touching on numerous subjects like domestic abuse and summoning demons just to name a couple. These stories really get the heart pumping with fear and anticipation. I recommend this book if you love horror and really don't have the time to dive into a long book at the time.

A Must-Read! Horror was just the beginning!
Just read, Faucets of Phantoms in one sitting and though I am not fond of Horror stories these 5 stories kept me coming back for more. Dark Eyes reminded me of the sadness of abuse and horrors that came with it. Deadly Dare reminded me of when I was young and played this as well but never got too demanding or scary like this one did. The Day They Came to Play definitely threw me for a loop. Bourbon Street gave me a chill and a fright as I kept reading about summoning evil fro hell. But Abbagoochie was the best for me when it felt like all unruly experiments can and went awry and Sh@t it the fan then what do you do?
Excellent way to keep you reading and in the spirit of horror fans need to get this one quickly on their shelves!

Faucets of Phantoms by Author Lori Fontanez is a collection of horror stories that carry the reader into different emotions and these stories are page turners. Within each of them, I was transported. My favorites were Bourbon Street and Dark Eyes.
