I recently was reminded of this concept: Fault vs. Responsibility when a contractor dropped the ball and was unprofessional with me; it cost me a lot of money as a result.

- What can I do immediately (Immediate Solutions Focused)
- What role did I play in contributing to this outcome (Reflective Focus)
- What am I willing to do about this going forward to prevent this from happening again? (Long Term Adaptation or Behavior Change)
