Becky Cantieri has over two decades of HR leadership experience. Since joining SurveyMonkey in 2011, she has pioneered impactful programs like "Feedback as Fuel" and the Choice Model for hybrid work, fostering a culture of trust and engagement. Becky’s prior leadership roles include 11 years at Yahoo, where she supported advertising, marketing, and talent acquisition functions, and her early career at Nordstrom in HR, sales, and customer service. She holds a BA in Public Administration from San Diego State University and an MBA from San Francisco State University.
