I am sure that you have at one time or another tried to define your feelings.
It is very hard for us to be aware of how we feel when we are feeling good. We may not notice because it feels so right. The same can be said about being in a bad mood, but if we could name the feeling then maybe there would be some way out of the “bad” place?
If you want to get down to brace tacks and find out what your true feelings are about something, this is where naming your emotions might come in handy!
