She was stressed, overworked, and stuck in that all-or-nothing cycle — either eating perfectly and working out nonstop, or falling off the wagon and feeling guilty. Eventually, she realized that what she was doing wasn’t sustainable and it was keeping her from actually feeling good in her life.
Now, Kim is a Certified Nutrition Coach and founder of Work Life Thrive, where she helps women like us finally find a way to take care of ourselves without giving up our careers, social lives, or favorite foods.
