This is the first episode of a short series aiming to introduce how taking a more "mindful approach" can help to manage stress and build resilience....essential skills in the "interesting times" we find ourselves in!
In this episode there's a definition of mindfulness along with a brief overview of its origins, its benefits and a couple of short practices that you can follow along with. (Please avoid doing this if you're driving!).
