Natel Energy develops hydropower turbines that enable 98-100% downstream passage survival for fish. An investigation of how such technology might be applied to the U.S. side of the Robert Moses-Robert H. Saunders Power Dam on the St. Lawrence River nearby Cornwall Ontario.
