The Trump administration's airstrikes in the Caribbean are having a chilling effect on small-scale fishermen, who fear being attacked by mistake. Across Colombia's northern coast, and in Venezuela, many fishermen say they are staying close to the shore and avoiding long journeys out into the sea where there are many more fish to catch. Manuel Rueda reports from Colombia.
