Description

In Part I of this episode, you get to listen to not one, but TWO awesome European accents. Originally from Prague, Zuzana shares the story of her health struggles, going from weighing 42kg (6.6 stone) and suffering from Ulcerative Colitis to reclaiming her health through nutrition and changes to her diet, completely getting rid of the 'incurable' disease.

But our focus was not just on the food, in fact it turned out to be only a small fraction of the bigger picture. We dived deep into the psychology and the role childhood experiences play in our development and how traumatic event can lead to lifelong health issues.

In short, we cover:

- the connection between childhood stress and trauma and digestive disorders
- the key to developing self-awareness
- alternative treatment for digestive issues including IBS and Ulcerative Colitis

Due to the length of our convrsation, this episode has been split into two and you'll be able to listen to Part II next week!
