With the growing focus on Fleet Management within Local Government and the need to address an increasing number of challenges relating to procurement. staff, risk, costs etc. it is great time to review these challenges and how they relate to local government areas especially with the increasing growth in many rural areas.
The presentation will look at the challenges with a specific focus on those related to Rural local governments. It will touch on the way these are addressed and initiatives used. It will also look at the future and some of the challenges which will need to be addressed.
