Todays Episode is an about a topic I have never talked in my channel or the podcast. I once talked about flight attendant stress management but that episode didn't have the success expected. For some reason, I feel like flight attendants don't want to talk about the bad things that are happening in our industry. Many flight attendants suffering from stress and burnout and nobody seems to care. But I do care! I will continue to advocate for all of us and use this platform to spread the good judgment of what is acceptable or not in our workplace environment.
I suffered from burnout a couple of years ago. I lost my sense of purpose, I detached myself from the job and even though I was complaining I was not doing anything about it until I heard over a podcast that open my eyes and made identify the what was missing. This is what I did:
1- I acknowledge the Situation
2- I found the Source
3- I took immediate actions.
Those same tips I will share with you today alone with some in-depth information about what work burnout is? what causes it? and what are the symptoms? so you can identify them easily.
