On this episode, I share my experience of working more intentionally. I express some details on what I’ve tried and what I no longer do. We all have so many goals, 24 hours a day of time and energy and lots that we’d like to get done. When we focus on doing too many things in one day, we end up feeling drained and overwhelmed at the end of the day. When instead we should be focusing on intentional tasks.
