In his lawsuit, Sherman asserts that he ceased working for Combs in 1999 and has never met Graves, labeling her claims as "utterly and entirely false." He contends that Graves contacted him in November 2023, seeking his cooperation as a witness against Combs in exchange for excluding him from legal proceedings.
