What is a Rising Reinventor? I started using this term when I wrote my book in 2022. I see it as a movement of women over 50 who seek to redefine ageing positively.

A rising reinvention is a new perspective on ageing and oneself, viewed with pride and excitement. Generate and regenerate, not degenerate. Instead of fearing ageing, we can reframe our mindset, as it’s time to become and reinvent ourselves if we want to.

In this episode, I explain some strategies for personal reinvention, including self-discovery and the importance of saying no to things that no longer serve you.
