The most influential leaders I know don't have the biggest titles.

They have something far more powerful: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄.

Real leadership isn't about the corner office or the business cards.

• It's about influence without authority.
• Vision without permission.
• Legacy without position.

This week, I popped into the 92.5 Phoenix FM studio to talk about the next edition of the Impact Leadership Conference in Dublin.

But honestly? It turned out to be another masterclass in leadership itself.
