This week, we have the pleasure of sitting down with Sylvain Mbezele, the Assistant General Manager of the Hyatt Regency Suites, Atlanta Northwest. Sylvain recently had some LinkedIn fame, with a post of his story reaching 4,700 reactions and over 250 comments as of this writing. Sylvain started his career as a banquet houseman at the Hyatt Regency Suites in 2004 and could not hold a conversation for more than 5 minutes. Just a few weeks ago, the Hyatt Regency Suites welcomed him back as the Assistant General Manager.
