In this episode, Jessie Rodriguez shares about her own experience working with the moon, her relationship with finding balance in life and work, and her experience working with me as my very first Lunar Coaching client!

Jessie is a Strong Woman, wife, mother of two, and the owner of West End Yoga Studio.  She also works full time in the non-profit wellness industry. She believes in not taking yourself too seriously, being humble, working with grit, and discovering life's purpose as a path to true self-care.

A little bit about this lunation... The Full Moon in Capricorn occurs when the Sun is in Cancer, the Moon is in Capricorn, and the Moon and the Sun are on opposite sides of the earth (and the Zodiac). Capricorn is known as the work-horse of the zodiac, so this is a great time to reflect on what's rising to the surface for you relating to work. With the Sun currently in Cancer, it's also a great time to consider the balance between your work life and your home life (which, if you're anything like me, have. become more blended than ever!). Consider the ways in which any unhelpful themes and patterns are being illuminated in the light of this Full Moon, and take this opportunity to release and let go of what no longer serves. The potent energetics around Full Moons also make them a great time for forgiving anyone who we're ready to "cut the cord with" energetically. It's also a beautiful time for practicing gratitude and appreciation for the multitude of blessings in our lives.
