Description

Strengthening your ankle/feet/toe will also Strengthen & fortify your shins, knees, and hips. We use a pair of Yamuna Domes known as Foot Walkers- but they are not necessary for the practice. You can also put a towel over the domes (or any surface) to make the pressure against your foot less intense. I hope you enjoy strengthening your lower extremities at least half as much as they support you throughout your daily life.
