I'm Jennifer Reefe, and my passion is helping people reconnect with themselves and begin the journey of true self-love. My journey started when I was born. I always felt insecure and became a people-pleaser early on. It was only after I decided to become curious that I looked for answers. Over 40 years of struggle I finally realised the power was always within me. That has set me free.

With over a decade of experience as a mentor, counsellor, certified hypnotherapist, and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner, I support clients in releasing emotional blocks, healing deep-rooted patterns, and rediscovering their inner worth.

Many of the people I work with arrive feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles of self-doubt and people-pleasing. Together, we gently explore the subconscious stories and past experiences that are shaping their current reality. Through a blend of hypnotherapy, tapping (EFT), and support, I help them shift from self-judgment to self-compassion — often for the very first time in their lives.

I believe that self-love isn't just a concept — it's a lived experience that starts with small, daily choices: learning to set boundaries, softening your inner critic, and giving yourself permission to be human. My work creates a safe space for this transformation. It’s not about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who you “should” be.

Whether you're healing from past trauma, navigating a transition, or simply tired of feeling not-enough, I'm here to walk beside you as you come home to yourself.

With her training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis, she brings a profound awareness of the unconscious mind into her work. She is especially fascinated by the subtle, often overlooked ways that everyday objects—whether a treasured keepsake, a piece of art, or even the position of a chair—can shape our thoughts, emotions, and relationships. To her, each object carries a symbolic meaning, a silent message that interacts with the psyche. When understood and aligned with intention, these symbols can become powerful allies for transformation.
